By 9:00 a.m. the next business day — photos and video both. Shoot on a Saturday and you have everything Monday morning. It’s a specific time, not a range, so you can plan the listing around it.
Packages start at $130 for 20 MLS photos, $180 for 30, and $240 for 40. Every one includes a 2D floor plan with measurements at no extra charge. The full menu is on the pricing page, including every add-on.
Pueblo, El Paso and Fremont counties — Pueblo, Pueblo West, Colorado Springs, Fountain, Cañon City, Florence, Penrose and the surrounding areas. I also shoot Walsenburg, La Junta and Rocky Ford regularly.
Free within 30 miles of Pueblo. Flat $35 from 30 to 60 miles, which covers Colorado Springs, Cañon City, Walsenburg and La Junta. Past that, call and I’ll quote it. No per-mile math.
Yes. Licensed FAA Unmanned Aerial Vehicle pilot, carrying $1,000,000 in general liability plus another $1,000,000 in drone liability insurance. Worth knowing: most business, umbrella and homeowners policies specifically exclude commercial drone work, so an unlicensed flight can expose your seller.
Twenty covers most homes under about 2,000 square feet. Thirty is the one most agents book. Forty is right for larger homes, acreage, or anything with outbuildings and views worth showing. If you order more than the home needs, I’ll tell you.

Yes, and there’s no fee for either. Call an hour before and need to move to the afternoon? Fine. Same-day cancellation? Also fine. I don’t nickel-and-dime people over scheduling.
Call me. The booking system enforces a lead time, but I work agents in all the time, including same-week mornings. That’s a limitation of the software, not of me.
No — I offer the Zillow 3D Home tour with floor plan instead, at $100 plus $25 per additional floor. It publishes straight to the listing and most agents find it does the same job for less.
