Video
Video holds attention longer than a still does. Almost nobody in this market leads with it, which is exactly why it's worth having on your listing.
Most listing video gets filmed on site with a gimbal, in whatever light the house happens to have that day. You're stuck with the ambient colour, the shadows, and the windows blowing out.
I build the walkthrough from your finished listing photos instead — the same frames that were lit, balanced and edited properly. The motion is simulated, and the result puts the home in better light than a real walkthrough would, because the source material is better.
A filmed walkthrough with an editor behind it runs two to three hundred dollars. This is $79.99, and it ships in three cuts.
Three cuts, every time

The one hard rule
Prices change. A video with a number burned into it is dead the day you reduce. Mine stays usable for the whole listing, and for your marketing afterwards.
30 to 120 seconds of edited aerial footage showing the property and its setting. $125, flown by a licensed and insured FAA pilot.
An interactive tour with floor plan, published straight to the listing. $100, plus $25 per additional floor.
A weekly traffic report showing how the listing is actually performing online — that’s the one you put in front of your next seller. Plus reels, stories, square and landscape posts, two slideshows, print flyers and a property website. $49.
Fifty dollars, three cuts, delivered with the photos by 9 a.m.
